It is free and easy to become a member! Simply go onto our website: https://www.maemurrayfoundation.org at the very top you will see the option ‘become a member.’ Once you fill out one of the forms, please email Claire on claire@maemurrayfoundation.org to register your interest for teen hub!
Once you register your interest we will create a care plan so we can best support your child! This is the opportunity for you tell us all about them! If you have a medical, feeding or lifting and handling need, we need to connect to other professionals – this process can take 3-4 weeks.
