Help in research!

SENAC are carrying out research into how the appeals aspect of the Special Educational Needs (SEN) legislative framework works, in practice, for parents and children.
The experiences and views of parents provide us with valuable information when engaging with policy makers which will ultimately assist us in having a positive impact on the whole SEN community.

They are keen to learn about parent’s experiences of appealing a decision of the Education Authority (EA) and how the system worked / did not work for them and their children.
They are also interested in why, if at any time, a parent may have considered appealing, but subsequently decided not to appeal.

Participation is voluntary and responses will be anonymous and treated in the strictest confidence.
The short survey can be completed by clicking the link below

Closing date for responses is no later than Friday 10th September.
